Note: Guy C. Wiggins had a particular interest in rendering the city’s landmarks in winter, blanketed with snow. In this work, Wiggins depicts the New York Public Library looking north from 5th Avenue. The two spires of St. Patrick’s Cathedral are just visible through the falling snow along the right side of the street.
