Constantin Westchiloff is an American-Russian artist. He was born in Russia and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. As an artist he traveled extensively in Europe and the United States, ultimately settling in New England.  Westchiloff is best known for his seascapes—particularly views of the New England coastline—his confident, vigorous technique lending dramatic force to the region’s rugged coastal and inland landscapes. His work can be found in museum collections in Russia and the United States, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
